Research done Dr Balog Shows that sinusitis patients will suffer for long because of the foods they eat during this period. He has found that sinusitis sufferers have to avoid certain foods for a quick recovery. These foods includes; non nutritive foods such as carbohydrates which includes rice, cakes, white floor, white rice etc. These foods consume blood sugar in the body leaving one susceptible to many nutritional deficiencies.Dairy products, corn and eggs are not be avoided. They cause allergic reaction in the body which triggers sinusitis. Avoid consuming alcohols and wines. They affect your immune system which helps the body to recover.
Other foods to avoid are fungi-mushroom though they are healthy. you can resume eating them after a completer recovery.Avoid taking all artificial sugars, limit your intake of salty food. You are also to suspend taking coffee, caffeine may worsen sinusitis. you are also advised to avoid taking processed foods such as bacon and hot dogs. They are rich in sodium and fats which are not good for sinusitis sufferer. Finally, avoid taking carbonated drinks. They contain acids that only increase acid level in your blood
 
Sinus headache is a strong feeling of pain in the head caused by swelling and inflammation of the spaces in the bone behind the nose.(Sinus) This pain is triggered by presence of dust, smoke, pollen grain, aerial spays and chemicals.According to Dr Carl Balog,  for effective treatment of this pain, use chill curd by applying it around your eyes. Take a rest of about 15 minutes. When you wake up, you will be completely well from this throbbing pain. You can also treat sinus headache by inhaling steam, take a trough of hot water and inhale the steam. This helps to bring some warmth in the sinusitis, which makes you feel better.
Menthol vapor can also do well for the treatment of sinus headache. Dissolve the menthol balm in a hot water and inhale the steam. This will give you a quick relief. Herbs such as eucalyptus and peppermint can as well treat sinus headache. They contain ingredients that help to get rid of headache quickly. Avoid those substances that triggers sinus headache. Finally, nose blowing can help treat sinus headache, it eliminate infected mucus hence making you feel some comfort.

It is also advisable to take worm bath in the morning. This will keep you active throughout the day. It has been discovered that those with health problems suffer from headache on a cold bath when sun arises in the morning. Do also dry to avoid loud music which can damage your ear drum and in the process coursing headache. Visit a doctor to recommend you on a good diet. Eating anyhow will course headache depending on individuals and what type of food they eat.

Drink lots of water as well, because caffeine is a dehydrator and dehydration can also cause headaches. You can use coffee and other sources of caffeine to reduce the frequency of your headaches without medication, just be sure to drink your coffee in moderation.
